"Meow" came to Animal Talk Rescue first in the arms of his owner,
covered in ring worm. His owner was told how to treat him and given a list
of vets who were low cost and likely to take payments. He showed up the next
day in the arms of someone else who rescued him since his owner had abandoned
him in an alley. He was treated and found a wonderful home. Meow was lucky
to have been taken to the Rescue. He recovered with proper treatment and
is shown here plump and satisfied in his new home!!
Sebastian the Iguana - Sebastian was brought to the Rescue by Animal Control
to see if he could be saved. His tail was amputated but he was so ill he
had to be force fed by hand for three month. He is just now eating on his
own. Sebastian lived at the Animal Talk store for many years. He died August
2004 after a stroke.
This mom cat came to us with multiple injuries and pregnant.
As you can see by this photo she was still healing from her injuries when
she gave birth. She now has a new home and her name is Kylee.
